You know what we don’t have enough of in video games? Mindless destruction. I’m serious, stop laughing for just a second. All these games pay lip-service to turning off your brain and letting the good times follow, but then they have to weigh you down with story and characters and plot. Who cares about plot when there’s an explosive barrel nearby? Well, those people craving wanton destruction may have the perfect answer coming up: The Incredible Hulk.

That’s right, it’s another video game based on a movie that’s based on a comic book, and it’s coming to your favorite system soon! Yeah, it’s easy to mock the licensed property idea after so many failed concepts, but this is Hulk. The Incredible Hulk. He bashes and wears blue pants, what could they possibly mess up?

While the game is still be shined up for public consumption, I have one plea: don’t include Bruce Banner. Not even one time. Not even in a cut scene. I want to use the Washington Monument as a baseball bat and toss radioactive canisters across the Grand Canyon. If they stick in some boring Bruce Banner stealth mission or quick time event where you have to do solve chemical equations, I’m going to be very angry. You wouldn’t like me when I’m angry.

The move is experiencing a few problems (namely the size of Edward Norton’s ever expanding ego) but the game should be great for a wear-a-bib-to-catch-the-drool weekend of taxi cab tossing action.
