It’s looking more and more like Ellen Page pulled a truly stupid move by dropping out of Sam Raimi’s upcoming Drag Me To Hell. Justin Long’s joining gave it a little dose of star power, but the big hit just showed up recently.

Let that sink in, folks. Jessica Lucas from CLOVERFIELD. That insanely hot chick from Cloverfield is going to show up in the first original Sam Raimi horror flick in years.

If you’re not feeling the urge to catch this by now you likely never will, and somewhere, Ellen Page is likely kicking herself. How can you miss out on being a part of a movie that’s got a piece of Cloverfield in it? This sucker looks like it might catch on–put the cult appeal of director Raimi in play with Justin Long and Jessica Lucas, among others, and you’ve got a whole lot of (somewhat) separate fan bases colliding and colluding to make one big whole.

And that whole will probably drop a lot of cash on movie tickets.

Principle photography on this beauty just started back in March, so there’s plenty of time left before we get to see the results of this huge sandwiching of fandoms. And until then, the Cloverfield trivia awaits to be conquered on Kwanzoo.
