My Favorite TV Tweeters
New media is a fascinating thing. The internet has rendered publicists and news agencies all but useless now that celebrities can communicate with us directly - through websites, blogs, and, of course, the latest craze - Twitter.
For some celebrities, this will be more harmful than helpful. But for those who are naturally prudent and charming, this can only be a boon - people enjoy seeing the “real” side of celebs. Fakes, and those whose publicists Tweet on their behalf, have been quickly weeded out. People want real celebrity Tweets. They’ll settle for nothing less.
I’d like to take a moment to honor some of my favorite T.V. celebrity Tweeters. There are literally hundreds of them out there, but I’ve got a few whose Tweets always make me smile.
Rainn “Dwight Schrute” Wilson needs no introduction, and he’s obviously just as funny in real life as he is as Dwight. If a little less…weird.

Are all models ’super’ models? How does a model earn that moniker? Are there ’so-so’ models and regular ones? How come no ’super’ plumbers?

The pregnant former Buffy star hasn’t had much chance to Tweet until yesterday, but with over 2,000 followers she’s sure to pick up the pace.

Learn more about Mythbuster’s Adam Savage than you ever thought there was to know. Did you know he’s a Buffy fan? I did not know that until Twitter.
Only in San Francisco is a sticker for “Open Source Sewing” what I find stuck, graffiti-like, in a public restroom.

@drivethere You’re right! I always liked that sparkler boxes say “do not touch glowing wire”. You can NEVER go wrong following that advice.

The two minds behind such [adult swim] classics as Tom Goes to the Mayor and, of course, Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! are on Twitter. Of course they are. On their Cinco Fones.
Doug just spit in my eye while asking me “did you read my twitters today?”

Which brings me to my final, most important point: there is nothing more fascinating than celebrities interacting with each other on Twitter.
