The undefeated AFC South leading Tennessee Titans (10-0) will clash with the AFC East first place New York Jets (7-3) in a showdown that could be a preview of the AFC Championship game.

The Titans are coming off a big divisional come-from-behind victory over the Jaguars and the Jets are flying high after an overtime win against the Pats that gave them a game lead in the East.

The two teams match up fairly even.

The Jets defense is fourth overall at stopping the run (81.3 yards per game), while the Titans rushing attack is ranked 7th (132.7 yards per game).

The Titans’ defensive unit is leaguing the league in points scored, opponents are averaging a mere 13.1 points per game.

The Brett Favre led Jet offense is second overall, scoring 28.9 points per game.

Two of the Jets three losses have come on the road and obviously the Titans are undefeated wherever they play.

The Titans may have an advantage of being at home, but they are bound to lose eventually.

It’s not likely the Titans will have a perfect, especially considering the fact that they are nowhere as good as last seasons Patriots squad that achieved the feat.
