…yes, The Rock. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is somehow poised to play the Silver Surfer the next time Marvel decides it needs a quick hit of cash. At this point I would normally go into a complex and wordy rage about how idiotic this idea is, and how the comic movie concept is as doomed and asinine as the video game movie concept unless somebody in charge removes their head from a strategic portion of their anatomy and actually makes a decision made on some kind of logic and reason for once. This is why the Batman franchise does so well - they’re actually making rational decisions. Kind of. Well, it’s the closest thing to logic, anyway.
