Trailers Parked–No Trailer Trash Any Time Soon.
Apparently, there’s something resembling common sense shooting through Hollywood lately as two major horror projects were pronounced stopped in their tracks. And wait until you hear which!
Eli! Back In Yer Trailer!
You may remember reading about Eli Roth’s newest ego-maniacal feature film comprised solely of trailers, Trailer Trash. But that trailer is no mobile home—the project is stopped dead due to causes as yet unknown.
This makes me very happy. Frankly, Roth has been rubbing me the wrong way for some time now, and this latest project was just yet another insult to the horror movie community that has already suffered entirely too many slings and arrows at this man’s outrageous concepts.
Your Suffering Will Be Legendary—Even in Development Hell!
Also stopped dead is the remake to former big series Hellraiser. Currently a direct to video flopmaker from about the fifth one out, the sequels were churning out fast and furious, so it doesn’t surprise me someone was planning a remake. It doesn’t make me any less happy that it’s been derailed—let’s get something original in play for a change!
And of course, you’ve got plenty of horror movie trivia to play over on Kwanzoo!
