There’s an article in Variety, most of which dosn’t mean anything to me. There is, however, this paragraph:

Other titles in the Grosvenor Park-funded slate include an adaptation of Richard Branson’s memoir “Losing My Virginity,” a bigscreen adaptation of vidgame “Pac-Man” and a sequel to John Woo’s actioner “Hard Boiled”; company also controls the rights to Brad Thor’s bestselling novels.

This can’t possibly be… I mean- nah. Right? It’s got to be some kind of mistake. I know stuff gets optioned all the time without actually being made into a movie, but who would even consider doing one based on Pac-Man? How would you even do that?

The article also mentions a Castlevania movie in the works. Apparently this is different from the direct-to-DVD animated version being written by Warren Ellis. That link is not totally safe for impressionable youngsters, by the way, but shouldn’t be any great surprise to fans of Ellis’s previous work.
